1. Purpose

RideUp provides a B2B platform allowing the creation of showcase sites and booking applications for VTC drivers, as well as fleet and ride management tools.

2. Access & Eligibility

Access is reserved for professional drivers and transport companies. You are responsible for your legal, tax, social, and insurance obligations (e.g., Professional Liability), as well as the validity of your documents.

RideUp is not responsible for the compliance of drivers using the platform.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the platform fairly, not to attempt to bypass security measures, and to comply with current legislation.

4. Liability

RideUp provides a SaaS ("Software as a Service") solution. We strive to ensure service availability but cannot guarantee 100% availability. RideUp is not a party to the transport contracts entered into between drivers and their end customers.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Access to certain features may be subject to a subscription. Pricing conditions are indicated on the site.

6. Intellectual Property

The RideUp platform, its structure, and its content (excluding content added by users) are the property of RideUp.

7. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications

RideUp reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
