We understand that your plans may change. Here is our policy for cancelling and modifying bookings.
Free Cancellation
You can cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
Cancellation Within 24 Hours
Cancellations or modifications made less than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time may incur a 50% fee of the total booking amount.
No-Show
In case of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged.
Booking Modification
Any booking modification (change of date, time, destination, vehicle type) is free if made more than 24 hours in advance. Modifications within 24 hours may incur additional fees.
Refund
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after cancellation, depending on your original payment method.
